Day 40 around Brittany in Northern France
Today we did a touristy drive along the coast.
Many,
pretty little holiday towns empty at the moment but will be buzzing in a few
weeks when their holiday season begins over here. That is if the summer
eventually arrives. We have been very fortunate with the weather with only the
french car rally and last Sunday being really wet.

We had dinner in the chateau again tonight. This time it was not so late as there were no extra group guests. This is our last meal with Mike and Ruth. We are very sorry to be leaving Mike and Ruth as we have had such a wonderful time and we had all gotten used to one another! - our extended family. They have excelled themselves with all the work involved in putting this tour together and Ruth's navigation has been almost faultless!
